About the Role We are seeking a skilled
AV Implementation Engineer and Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade audio-visual solutions for a global organization in the insurance and financial services sector. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of technology and project leadership, and who is passionate about creating seamless AV experiences that support modern workplace collaboration.
As part of a dynamic team supporting a Fortune 500 client, you will be responsible for managing AV deployments across corporate offices, ensuring alignment with business needs, technical standards, and industry best practices.
Job Description In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end AV implementation projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-installation support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design and deliver AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and audio distribution.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure compliance with AV standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, documentation, and quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate installation teams and oversee vendor performance to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams during design and implementation phases.
Qualifications Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in AV systems engineering and project management within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of AV technologies including video conferencing platforms, control systems, and audio distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications - CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments, especially within regulated industries such as insurance or finance.
- Familiarity with global AV standards and scalable deployment practices.
