Now Hiring: Bar Manager

Cooper’s Landing – Friendswood, TX

Cooper’s Landing is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and deliver top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced, coastal-inspired atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control
Hire, train, and manage bartenders and barbacks
Ensure consistent, high-quality beverage service
Monitor and maintain proper liquor cost and waste control
Create and update cocktail menus, seasonal specials, and bar promotions
Enforce TABC, health, and safety compliance
Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns quickly
Collaborate with FOH/BOH teams to drive sales and efficiency

Qualifications:

2+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience
Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and mixology
TABC and Food Handler certifications required
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
Passion for hospitality and building a strong, service-driven team
