Job Description

**Overview** GovCIO is currently hiring for aBaseCamp SME to support the management and maintenance of the Veterans Affairs IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for customer and resource management, self-service request management, sustainment, and cloud migration. This position is fully remote, located in the United States. **Responsibilities** + Maintain customer accounts, workgroups and national data sets. + Automate routine provisioning tasks. + Migrate BaseCamp into the cloud. + Support Sherpa developers with production and intake issues. + Provide expertise regarding the business rules of BaseCamp and Sherpa. + Provide technical support to the Customer Enablement team for all BaseCamp tickets. + Develop, maintain, and document database tools, administrative strategies, and best practices. + Design and implement data models and access layers to support new product functionalities. + Solve complex technical challenges, providing innovative and strategic solutions. **Qualifications** **Required Skills and Experience:** + Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience) **Preferred Skills and Experience:** + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. + Certifications in relevant technologies. **Clearance Required:** Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust \#TAPS **Company Overview** GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
