Community Clinic is seeking a Call Center Agent for our Springdale Admin location. The role is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and obtaining/confirming patient information. This job is critical to the success of our organization as the first point of contact for many of our patients and potential patients. The ideal candidate will be friendly, responsible, empathetic, and wants to be a part of a high-performing team of Patient Access Enthusiasts. Candidates who are bilingual, with Marshallese or Spanish speaking ability are preferred.
