HomPro is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services at client homes and properties, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.
Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and bedrooms to client specifications.
Use approved cleaning agents and equipment safely and effectively.
Report any damages, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Follow company policies and health & safety guidelines at all times.
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients.
Ensure timely completion of assigned cleaning jobs.
Transport equipment and supplies to and from job sites (if applicable).
Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning (1+ year preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physically fit and able to lift/move cleaning equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Valid driver’s license (if travel is required between job sites).
