Job Description

The  ELIFIN ® Apprentice Program is a direct path to becoming an Associate in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. 

This program is designed for graduating seniors within 1 semester of graduation and recent graduates. 

What's the role of an ELIFIN® Apprentice?

As an Apprentice, you get a first hand look at the commercial real estate cycle. 

• Assist CRE Agents making cold calls and prospecting outreach.
• Shadow CRE Agents on proposal meetings and client site visits.
• Learn to navigate complex research assignments.
• Gain exposure to CRE marketing strategies.
• Interact with a team of motivated professionals.

Who makes an ideal ELIFIN® Apprentice?

You are an ideal candidate for this position if you are ambitious, hard-working, quick, and throughout college you’ve demonstrated a sort of “restlessness” in the form of searching, strategizing, and positioning to set yourself up after graduation in a way that was different from your peers (i.e. working several jobs or one job intensely, taking time off school to work or explore passions, involvement in sports, clubs, greek org leadership). Your graduation date is coming up (1 semester or less ) and you’re looking for a career to set you up for a great life.

Pressure coming from family members, peers, and professors weighs on you to a certain extent, and they may try to push you in certain directions, but you are reluctant to head into an industry that doesn’t resonate with you. The last thing you want is to be one of 10,000+ employees stuck in your cubicle looking up at an off-puttingly low ceiling—an appropriate physical representation of the position’s limited wage growth and archaic career progression opportunities—even if it is with a Fortune 500 company.
