As a Concrete Repair and Preservation Specialist, your craftsmanship keeps people safe and facilities running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Conduct routine inspections and assessments to pinpoint maintenance needs across concrete surfaces.
• Repair cracks, spalls, and related defects using the appropriate methods and materials for each condition.
• Apply sealants and protective coatings to boost durability and enhance appearance.
• Document maintenance activities, track findings, and report the condition of structures.
• Work closely with teammates to build and follow maintenance schedules.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations while on the job.
• Deliver clear, courteous communication and service to clients and colleagues.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in concrete maintenance is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with concrete repair and maintenance, ideally in commercial environments.
• Solid knowledge of concrete behavior and modern repair techniques.
• Confidence using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Detail orientation and strong problem-solving skills.
• Team-first communication skills and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
