This role involves migrating content, assets, and metadata from Craft CMS to WordPress. The developer will analyze the existing Craft CMS database, extract data using various methods (Twig, PHP, DB access), map it to WordPress structures, develop and test migration scripts, and ensure data integrity, SEO-friendliness, and accessibility. Collaboration with WordPress developers is required to ensure accurate content placement and formatting in the new theme. Validation of the migrated content's completeness and quality is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing Craft CMS database schema and content architecture.
- Extract structured content (entries, fields, relationships, media) from Craft CMS using Twig templates, PHP scripts, or direct DB access.
- Map Craft CMS content to WordPress custom post types, taxonomies, and ACF or Elementor fields.
- Develop and test migration scripts or use tools like WP All Import or custom CLI scripts.
- Ensure migrated content is SEO-friendly and accessible (ADA/WCAG-compliant).
- Coordinate with WordPress developers to ensure accurate placement and formatting of content in the new theme.
- Validate completeness and quality of the migrated content.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Craft CMS and Twig templating.
- Proficient in PHP and MySQL for content extraction and transformation.
- Experience in migrating CMS data (Craft WordPress) using custom scripts or third-party tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress data structures (CPTs, taxonomies, meta fields).
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of relational content and asset handling.
