Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll be the public-facing voice of important nonprofit campaigns. Whether you’re at a local event, community fundraiser, or advocacy campaign, your role will be to educate, inspire, and engage the public in supporting social causes.
This is an entry-level opportunity —perfect for someone who is people-focused, purpose-driven, and eager to grow .
Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit clients at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs
Engage in genuine, positive conversations with donors and community members
Share compelling information about current campaigns, missions, and impact goals
Build trust and long-term supporter relationships through empathy and active listening
Help coordinate event setup, logistics, and branded displays
Collaborate with team members to ensure campaign goals are met
Maintain a professional, compassionate, and mission-aligned demeanor in all interactions

Are at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Have a high school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus)
