CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR LOGISTICS

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for Logistics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the transportation and warehousing industry. Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• Experience in the transportation and warehousing industry
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
