Digital Print Technician (FT) Location Downingtown, PA :
Large Format Digital Printing and Vinyl Production Job details: Qualifications: - High school or equivalent (Required).
- US work authorization (Required).
- Pre-press/Large Format Digital Printing including RIP software/Vinyl Plotting and Application: 2 years (Preferred).
- Driver's License (Preferred).
: Pro Signs in Downingtown, PA is a family-owned Sign Shop specializing in the production of large format signage. We specialize in interior environments, direct to substrate printing, and outdoor graphics. We work with many petroleum/convenience stores, universities, museums, large retail brands, and more. - Due to continued growth and steady workflow, we have multiple openings. We work on many projects from start to finish. Workdays are varied and always offer new challenges. We are not an offset printer.
- We are looking to expand our team with someone who has experience in the large format digital print industry. This would include being hands-on with printing equipment, understanding graphic design elements and being able to run the production software.
The position would include the following: - Preparing equipment for printing, including loading materials, inks, maintenance, etc.
- Loading files into the printing software (Onyx & Fiery) and preparing them for printing.
- Operating printing equipment.
- Finishing prints-including using a laminator, vinyl cutter, and setting up files for a CNC router.
- Weeding, masking, and vinyl application.
- Understanding of color management.
- Helping organize and package completed projects.
- Training available
Requirements: - Interest in working in the digital printing and large format graphics industry.
- Pre-press and the ability to use Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at one time efficiently.
- Physically able to lift heavy materials.
- Ability to work as a team while also performing certain tasks independently.
- Interact, communicate, and present ideas.

Job Type: Full-time. Pay Range: $18-21+ (Depending on Experience). Benefits: - Paid time off (vacation, sick days, and holidays).

Schedule: - 8-hour 1st shift (7-3:30).
- Monday to Friday.
- Overtime available.
Experience: - Digital Printing: 2 years (Preferred).
