Epic Advanced Business Intelligence Developer - Community Based Analytics
Location: Remote (Florida)
Department: Analytics Center of Excellence
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $43.59 - $56.66 / hour
Were looking for a talented Epic Advanced Business Intelligence Developer to support analytics and performance measurement across our Community Based Care business area. In this role, youll use your expertise in Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Models and SQL programming to develop and deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that empower leaders to make informed decisions.
Youll collaborate with both business and IT teams to solve high-priority analytic challenges, prepare and present findings to stakeholders, and independently manage projects that ensure high-quality, accurate, and actionable data.

Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations from Epic, Infor, and other enterprise systems
Apply advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that improve operational performance
Serve as a subject matter expert in Epic data structures and business intelligence development
Manage project timelines, data integrity, and stakeholder communications
Partner with business and IT leaders to translate analytic needs into actionable solutions
Education:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
Masters degree in Data Science or Advanced Analytics preferred
Required Experience:
Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model certification and hands-on experience
3+ years of experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Advanced SQL development and data modeling experience
Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts
Preferred Experience:
Epic Caboodle Developer Certification
Familiarity with Epic Cogito Tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer)
Qlik Sense development experience
