Field Sales Representative – Tarrant County

Location : Tarrant County, TX

Position Type : Full-Time (40 hours/week) Department: Outside Sales

Reports To : Director of Sales

We’re currently expanding our team and are looking for a passionate, driven Field Sales Representative to grow our presence across Tarrant County.

Position Summary

The Tarrant County Field Sales Representative will be responsible for executing sales initiatives and representing Rollertown Beerworks across all formats of the business: On-Premise (bars, restaurants) and Off-Premise (retailers, grocery, convenience). This individual will work closely with our Director of Sales and the Ben E. Keith wholesaler sales team on a daily basis to achieve distribution goals, drive velocity, and create memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts throughout Tarrant County.
  • Partner daily with Ben E. Keith sales reps to align on goals, opportunities, and execution strategies.
  • Ensure consistent and quality representation of Rollertown Beerworks at retail and on-premise locations.
  • Monitor inventory, placements, displays, and promotional execution in assigned territory.
  • Organize and execute Off-Premise Sampling Events, including product education and customer engagement.
  • Represent Rollertown Beerworks at Festivals, Community Events, and other brand-building opportunities.
  • Lead and manage On-Premise Activations such as Pint Nights, Tap Takeovers, and new account launches.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, creating positive and lasting impressions with both accounts and consumers.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales on territory performance, key wins, and opportunities.
  • Document and report account visits, event outcomes, competitive activity, and distribution issues as needed.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and collaborate on broader team initiatives and brand goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of field sales experience in the beverage, alcohol, or CPG industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Tarrant County on- and off-premise landscape.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable with physical aspects of the role (lifting cases/kegs, standing for events, etc.).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and activations.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
