**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the foam pouring equipment to ensure the production of high-quality foam products. Your role will involve adjusting machine settings, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the consistency and quality of the foam produced. Pay Rate: 18.50 **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor foam pouring equipment. + Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal production. + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. + Inspect foam products for consistency and quality. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow safety protocols and procedures. + Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. + Basic math and reading skills. + Proficiency in using a tape measure. **Why Work Here?** Once you transition to a permanent position, you will enjoy a competitive salary along with health, dental, and vision insurance. Employees are expected to arrive 5 minutes early for a mandatory 7:00 AM meeting. The initial training period lasts three weeks, involving intensive training, shadowing, and observation based on individual learning pace. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Mansfield, MA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
