**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Responsibilities** + Work closely with team members to prepare and assemble steel materials. + Operate machinery to cut, shape, and process steel components. + Rotate through different production tasks to support workflow. + Maintain a safe and organized work environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience performing or willingness to perform fast-paced, physically demanding work. + Ability to work as part of a team. + Good attitude and willingness/eagerness to learn. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 60lbs repeatedly. + Experience or willingness to work with hand and power tools, operate cutting and bending machines, and perform tack welding on mild steel. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from weekly bonuses up to $10/hr, a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly installments, and monthly drawings for cool prizes for safety suggestions. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
