Experienced worker wanted for an opportunity located in York, Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. Skilled in repairs, maintenance, and installations. Competitive pay rate: $18.50 - $21 per hour. Focus on being dependable and resolving issues. Works effectively in a team setting to deliver excellent customer service. Openness to learning new skills is advantageous. Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties in York, PA and the surrounding areas.
• Efficiently handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs promptly
• Respond quickly to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
• Keep detailed and accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulations for a safe working environment
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic

Qualifications:

• To be considered for this Handyman position in York, PA, US, you must hold valid authorization to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
• Dependable transportation is a must
• Previous experience working in construction is a mandatory requirement for this role
• Prior experience in maintenance is a prerequisite for applicants
