Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, backhoes, skid steers, and graders.
Perform excavation, trenching, grading, loading, and material moving tasks as assigned.
Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Read and interpret site plans, grades, and project specifications.
Assist with basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments.
Work collaboratively with site supervisors, laborers, and other equipment operators.
Maintain accurate logs of hours, work performed, and equipment issues.
Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and properly organized.
