Insight Global is looking for an HR consultant to support a telecommunications client. This role will focus on high-volume recruiting support for sales positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring during a period of rapid growth. The consultant will partner closely with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to streamline processes and deliver top talent. Key responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Develop and implement strategies for high-volume hiring projects.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, and networking.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with sales leadership and HR teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Provide guidance on job descriptions, compensation benchmarks, and market trends.
Process Optimization
Recommend improvements to recruitment workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Reporting & Metrics
Track and report on recruiting progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics.
Present weekly updates to leadership on hiring status and challenges.
Pay rate: 25 - 35/hr based on experience

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably for sales or customer-facing roles.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines.
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools. Experience with Dayforce
