Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Implement talent development programs to enhance skills and performance.
Collaborate with others to identify training needs and create development plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Facilitate onboarding and integration programs for new hires.
Utilize social media and digital marketing to attract and engage potential candidates.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of proven previous success in a HR recruitment and talent development.
Expertise in digital recruiting and social media engagement.
Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
