Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our client's Human Resources team. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple HR functions, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys balancing compliance and employee engagement - someone who's equally comfortable processing paperwork as they are improving HR processes. Responsibilities: - Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment. - Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Support recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews. - Coordinate employee training programs and maintain participation records. - Assist in payroll and performance management processes. Requirements - 3+ years of HR experience with focus in one or more specialties. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
