Job Description

Kleen Test Products is hiring a Human Resources Assistant with a focus on benefits administration. This role supports key HR functions including employee benefits, leave coordination, compliance tracking, and onboarding assistance. We're seeking someone with prior admin experience and exposure to HR, who brings a professional, grounded, and empathetic presence. You’ll be trusted with sensitive information, expected to maintain strict confidentiality, and serve as a calm, courteous point of contact for employees.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support all aspects of administration for employee benefits programs.
  • Coordinate leave cases, return-to-work, and associated tracking and communication.
  • Maintain HRIS and timekeeping accuracy.
  • Assist with onboarding and employee communications.
  • Provide respectful, reliable HR support to staff and leadership.
  • Respond to employee inquiries with a customer-service mindset—balancing empathy with clarity and compliance.
  • Office-based, full-time on-site position with occasional exposure to manufacturing areas. May occasionally require travel to local KTP sites throughout Ozaukee County.

  • Clear understanding of professional boundaries and a natural ability to remain neutral and objective.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion—you protect what others share in confidence.
  • Proven ability to follow structured procedures with accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability and commitment to provide unwavering exceptional, kind, and timely customer service to our employees.
  • Strong computer skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, HRIS)
