FNF is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join its growing Information Security Office (ISO). This position will be responsible for supporting and implementing enterprise-level Directory Services capabilities for FNF as a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. You will work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. and will be responsible for leveraging leading tools, technologies, and process. The Engineer will work collaboratively across the organization and its subsidiaries to ensure operational effectiveness with Identity and Access management solutions while improving the end-user experience. This individual will be working closely with Directory Services and other members of IAM and must have extensive knowledge of Azure, Active Directory and Access Provisioning solutions. - Develop and manage Azure Roles and Groups
- Maintain an understanding of current and emerging IAM trends, evaluate new technologies and solutions, participate in strategic and technical architecture efforts to maintain and advance service offerings.
- Create, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures related to life cycle management, authentication standards, governance, access entitlements, and technical best practices for Azure Service Principals and AD.
- Advance IAM and Digital Technology security posture, reduce risk and impact profile, implement effective and modern security controls.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship within IAM, lead collaboration with third-party vendors, and stay updated with the latest IAM technologies and threats to proactively implement risk mitigation measures.
- Develop, manage and monitor Azure integrations with Sailpoint IIQ to ensure operational effectiveness
- Integrate solutions with high assurance level for on-premises, commercial off-the-shelf, and cloud-based applications with multi-factor authentication.
- Identify and correct data quality issues in Azure Active Directory and Sailpoint IIQ
- Assist with developing technical requirements and documentation
- Serve as IIQ SME to troubleshoot and support issues
- Act as a liaison between the IAM Team and Geographically diverse IT support teams
Education: - BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business with emphasis in IT or equivalent experience
Experience: - 3+ years of experience with working with Active Directory and SailPoint
- 3+ years of experience with working with Azure Active Directory; certification preferred
- Working knowledge of Powershell, MS Exchange and MS O365
Additional Information: REQUIREMENTS: - Advanced knowledge of core IAM Domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Cloud-based IAM services.
- Experience with engineering best practices including analyzing, designing, developing, deploying, and supporting software solutions and/or infrastructure implementations/upgrades.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with many levels of Management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions.
- Well organized, with good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Strong documentation, testing, and automation skills.
