Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, we may consider candidates with equivalent educational backgrounds. Candidates should have more than 1 year of native iOS development experience and have successfully created large-scale, high-availability iOS applications. Knowledge in one or more of object-oriented programming, business intelligence tools, or mobile application development is essential. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the mobile landscape, both its current state and future directions.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I will oversee the planning and development of a diverse range of iOS applications, including both new and existing high-availability products. Acting as an expert in iOS technologies and development, I will advocate for robust software architecture and best practices. Collaboration with various cross-domain teams will be vital for the successful completion of iOS projects and to tackle complex challenges. I will manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from planning, design, development, integration, to implementation of iOS applications. This includes creating new services and addressing technical debt. I will also develop various projects involving industry-wide services and interfacing technologies. It will be my responsibility to produce development code that meets the standards of the Human Capital Management (HCM) sector, modify code after testing to resolve any identified issues, and work closely with other developers, quality assurance teams, and application support on projects of varying size. Project management software and source control solutions will be utilized by me to track development specifications, testing, and fixes while ensuring adherence to organizational processes for project metrics. Regular participation in team and project meetings, along with effective communication with non-technical professionals and customer support, will also be a key component of my responsibilities.

I will engage with project management tools, including Jira, to monitor the time dedicated to projects and meetings. Collaboration with application support and quality assurance will be crucial for assessing project stages, and I will participate in daily standup meetings to keep everyone aligned. The technologies I will work with extensively include Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, URLSession for networking, Persistent Data Storage such as CoreData, Swift Concurrency, Xcode, and XCTests, with additional familiarity with CI/CD, Fastlane, XcodeGen, XCUITests, and container technologies like Docker, as well as PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and process, are required. Familiarity with the three most recent major iOS versions and knowledge of upcoming beta OS versions are preferred. Experience with local data storage technologies such as CoreData is advantageous. Candidates with a published portfolio of apps in the Apple App Store and strong knowledge of iOS dependency management will be favorably considered.
