WHAT YOU"LL DO:

1. You will appreciate that your personal appearance affects customer satisfaction and is subject to management oversight; personal hygiene and clothing selection provide comfort to our customers.
2. Household moving, junk disposal & general labor are services offered by HUNKS; you may be asked to perform in any one of these areas on a daily basis.
3. Provide FRIENDLY, POSITIVE and STRESS-FREE labor, junk removal and move services to all customers.
4. Work hard to safely move and remove items from clients' homes, offices and buildings.
5. Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe.
6. Lead by example: provide team with a plan to accomplish job tasks on-time with precision and a pleasant attitude.
7. Every position is a sales position... More jobs = More hours = More MONEY!!

WHO WE"RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Must be willing to submit a background check.
2. Leaders who can "Set the Pace" for job completion and appreciate the value of sells (up-sells).
3. Reliable, Timely arrival for scheduled jobs (provides own transportation to work).
4. Possession of commonly used tools for assembly/disassembly as required.
5. Critical thinking, problem-solving and time management of jobs is required. (Time is Money!)
6. Endurance to lift and carry items while climbing stairs, balancing and walking. This is a year round job, endurance in the heat of the summer and the cold of winter is imperative. Endurance = physical stamina; must be able to navigate stairs while loading, and long hours.
7. Demonstrable non-related skills (mechanical, carpentry, landscaping and handyman skills).
8. 1+ years of Team Management Experience is preferred but not required
9. 1+ years of safe box truck driving experience
10. Eligible to work in the United States.
