**Position Summary:**
As a Johnson Controls Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Johnson Controls' systems. Working closely with a team of professionals, you will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and effectively to support our clients' needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, program, and configure Johnson Controls systems to meet specific project specifications and client requirements.
- Perform regular maintenance, testing, and inspections of control systems to ensure optimal operation and compliance with industry standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues promptly, providing effective solutions to minimize system downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they fully understand system operations and capabilities.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to enhance skills and maintain certification.
- Document all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting reports.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Johnson Controls certification is required.
- Proven experience with installation, programming, and maintenance of Johnson Controls systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
