**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
The person in this position:
+ Oversees the management of proper placement of 450+ items in 100+ Walmart/Sam's DCs. This person will work closely with the growing Walmart dotcom business as well.
+ Develop and implement strategies while working with the broader team, to creates solutions by minimizing excess stock, increasing productivity, and reduce customer fines.
+ Manages a staff that provides superior supply chain customer service and CPFR functions, involving order cycle, forecasting, shipping, internal communication, and communication to Walmart.
+ Provides up-to-date CPFR information (used for forecasting, production planning, etc.) to Hormel/Jennie-O Supply Chain by leveraging available replenishment tools.
+ Develops forecasting tools and data analytics to predict customer demand accurately, adjusting plans as necessary to align with market trends.
+ Oversees and is an expert in all CPFR (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) efforts to help Hormel/Jennie-O achieve key results.
+ Ensures that coverage is provided on weekends/Holidays and after hours for tasks such as truck reschedules, OS&D concerns, and product recalls.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
Required
+ Bachelor's degree in business management, Supply Chain, Analytics or a related discipline.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Demonstrated decision-making skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and generate cooperation.
+ Solid multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills.
+ Solid analytical skills.
+ Ability to work effectively on a team as well as independently.
+ Strong sense of accountability, initiative taking, integrity and maturity.
+ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under pressure.
+ Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel and general computer skills.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Weekend on call will be required, with a rotation of weekend coverage
+ Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred
+ Retail Link experience.
+ 5+ years in supply chain management, with a focus on forecasting, replenishment, and analytics.
+ Oracle Cloud OMS experience.
**LOCATION:** Bentonville, AR
A comprehensive relocation package to the Bentonville, AR area will be offered if required.
**TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:** 20% of the time
At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for the Manager Walmart CPFR & Replenishment Analytics role is between $96,425 - $135,000 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
