Job Title: NetSuite Administrator

Reports to: C-Suite Consultant

Location: Columbus, Ohio (In-office)

Position Type: Full-time

Summary: The NetSuite Administrator serves as Able's internal resource for NetSuite, responsible for overseeing the users, roles and permissions, implementation of new features and modules, and integration of 3rdparty products. Outside subject matter experts support this role.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of corporate managerial accounting experience and NetSuite. Candidates with a strong IT background are not suitable for this position. The NetSuite Administrator will report directly to our outside consultant and eventually to our VP of Finance. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize processes and workflows.

Responsibilities:

ERP Team Lead:

Manage internal and external consultant-based projects, ensuring scope and timelines are maintained.

User Management:

Organize company user profiles, permissions, and workflows within NetSuite.

Project Management:

Maintain, prioritize, and update projects for stakeholders.

Set and enforce timelines for both internal and external resources.

Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with our outside consultants and stakeholders when requested.

Process Development:

Assist in designing, evolving, and implementing processes used by internal teams.

Train end users on NetSuite processes, such as reporting, and dashboard creation.

System Scope and Integration:

Scope NetSuite modules and services required to achieve Abie's objectives.

Participate in planning, coordinating, and implementing integrations with current proprietary systems and future off-the-shelf systems.

Customization and Collaboration:

Collaborate with the software engineering team to automate processes or bridge functional gaps.

Assist the accounting department as needed for reporting and as a limited backup for some accounting functions.

Documentation:

Document changes, implementations, advancements, and progress in an understandable and easily consumable manner.

Work with our knowledge base specialist to format and store documents for easy access.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of corporate managerial accounting experience.

Proficiency in NetSuite administration and configuration.

Strong understanding of ERP platforms.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
