Our experience includes the support of programs in aerospace, transportation, defense, manufacturing, and more. Our cross-functional teams of technical writers, illustrators, and documentation specialists help customers develop and integrate a wide range of technical documentation and information management solutions.
The Project Coordinator ensures smooth delivery across the full project lifecycle—setting up engagements, coordinating schedules and resources, and tracking budgets, utilization, and progress to keep work on time and in scope. They serve as a hub for client and internal communication, prepare quotes and change orders, maintain clear status reporting, and uphold team processes so projects are launched right, executed predictably, and closed out cleanly.
This hybrid role requires onsite work 1–3 days per week for collaboration, training, or key project activities. Candidates should be within commuting distance, though remote arrangements may be considered. Some schedule flexibility is needed to support remote teams and clients across the U.S.
