One of our clients — a highly regarded, technology-focused IP firm — is seeking experienced patent attorneys and patent agents with strong technical backgrounds in Software such as AI and Machine Learning, and advanced wireless communications (5G / emerging 6G). This role offers full remote flexibility while providing access to sophisticated, high-profile work and a collaborative team environment.
Key Technical Areas: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning algorithms and applications; Wireless communication protocols, including 5G and emerging 6G standards.
Responsibilities: Draft and/or prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.

J.D. with admission to at least one state bar or registered USPTO Patent Agent; 3+ years of patent prosecution experience in AI, ML, wireless communications, and/or semiconductors; Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics (advanced degree preferred but not required); Strong writing and client communication skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
