Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile SAFe methodologies and project management to support a cross-functional team of 16 members distributed across multiple locations. The ideal candidate excels in Agile ceremonies, Program Increments, and facilitating 2-week sprints for design teams. A solid foundation in project management is essential for navigating cross-team coordination and delivery timelines. While coaching isn't a primary focus, there's a growth path toward a Release Engineer role Candidates should be comfortable with some deviation in program planning depending on management needs and bring a solid, adaptable Scrum playbook to the table. This is a strict Agile environment.
