Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Our digital channels are key to how we connect with those customers, and we’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to help take our presence to the next level. In this role, you’ll shape strategy and drive hands-on execution across our digital touchpoints. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact as we expand our role in the global shift toward electrification and smarter manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

Digital Experience Strategy
Lead the implementation of strategic digital tactics to reach, connect with, and win B2B customers across our digital marketing channels—including the website, digital tools, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing. Responsible for competitive analysis and benchmarking best practices in our market.

Website Optimization
Design and manage content using WordPress CMS. Optimize organic and paid search efforts to increase high-intent traffic, improve audience engagement, and maximize conversions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Manage the prioritization and execution of complex digital projects by partnering with internal stakeholders and coordinating with external resources.

Content Creation & Amplification
Develop engaging, audience-focused content in collaboration with internal subject matter experts. Own content amplification across the web, blog, video, social media, email, and educational webinars.

Campaign Development
Own and manage our marketing automation platform (HubSpot). Use your understanding of our customer buying journey and content library to create campaigns that build engagement and drive conversions.

Data-Driven Optimization
Track and report on KPIs for all digital activities to assess impact on business goals. Responsible for using meaningful data, competitive analysis and industry best practices to make informed recommendations for accelerating digital performance.
