We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients' financial health by conducting in-depth analyses, developing financial models, and providing actionable insights. Your expertise will help drive strategic decision-making and foster financial confidence among our diverse clientele.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Client Advisory:
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and challenges.
Provide expert advice on financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
Assist clients in setting and achieving attainable financial goals.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate and enhance clients' financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
Implement best practices in bookkeeping and financial management.
Train clients on financial tools and processes to promote self-sufficiency.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and advise clients accordingly.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a consulting or client-facing role.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, Google Sheets).
