Program Overview

A staff augmentation program dedicated to providing expertise and capabilities to IC restricted customer.

About The Role

Peraton seeks an experienced, proactive Systems Integrator to support an organization’s front office. The candidate will provide administrative and business operations support to enable a fast-paced customer mission. Responsibilities include general support of day-to-day business management activities, meeting logistics and facilitation, event planning, correspondence and impact reports, action tracking and governance board facilitation. The SI will also be responsible for maintenance of SharePoint sites and sub-sites. The position will report to the Customer Chief of Staff.

The candidate will support activities to include:

• Provide executive-level organizational performance support to the front office
• Drive accountability by documenting meetings, identifying actions, and ensuring timely resolution
• Develop executive-level reports, briefings and dashboards
• Track approved purchases in coordination with spend plans
• Other ad hoc tasking as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
• BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and maintaining configuration management and providing seamless support to Front Office systems and processes.
• Ability to support communication efforts, drafting emails, meeting notes, etc. with various stakeholders to ensure coordination and information flow
• Ability to support planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.
• Ability to collect and assemble office-wide input for recurring meetings with senior leadership.
• Ability to support the planning for customer events, such as quarterly all-hands meetings, offsites, technical exchange meetings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team collaborative environment

• Prior customer experience across the organization
• Experience supporting senior level management
• Experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals
• SharePoint proficient user

Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
