Job Description

Position: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Beachwood, OH ***Day Onsite***

Experience Required: 10+ years
Domain Expertise: Oracle eBiz Oracle Fusion Applications preferably in Manufacturing Domain. Also Service Delivery experience.
Role Overview:

As a Software Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of Oracle-based enterprise applications.
It will have other ERP on iSeries Platform that you have to lead.
You will lead service operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive management of incidents, service requests, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Oracle eBiz or Oracle Fusion environments.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
Familiarity with software security practices and compliance standards.
Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend effective solutions.
Experience in driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
