Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Pay: $18/hr
Location: North of Tulsa Area
Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support daily operations within our aerospace team. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are handled accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with logistics or warehouse experience looking to grow in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.

Required Experience & Skills

High school diploma required
1–2 years of shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes
Experience handling small package, crate, and LTL shipments
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in data entry, spreadsheets , and basic computer use
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and respond promptly
Basic knowledge of LEAN or supply chain principles is a plus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform both manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties
Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments from vendors and customers
Prepare and package outbound shipments (including crates, parcels, and LTL)
Verify all documentation meets FAA, internal, and customer requirements
Follow proper shipping practices , transportation routing, and schedules
Maintain professionalism and clear communication as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipment discrepancies

Preferred Education

Additional coursework or certifications in supply chain, logistics, or LEAN practices preferred
