The Role
Spa Receptionist & Attendant hosts and fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while promoting wellbeing. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling spa treatments/resort activities, guest registration, processing payments, making product/treatment recommendations and maintaining a clean and fully stocked spa. This role cares for guests throughout the duration of their spa visit and serves as the final point of contact. Housekeeping and Food/Beverage Service are essential functions of this role, within the spa and outside pool. Guest's privacy and discretion are of importance within this position.
Spa Receptionist & Attendant must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Refined communication skills
Basic computer skills
Organizational/Multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift in indoor and outdoor setting
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry moderate weight
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Experience in hospitality - Spa preferred
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others and uphold our values while promoting wellbeing
