Position: Waterproofing/Caulking Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and experienced Waterproofing/Caulking Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will apply various waterproofing systems to commercial roofs, foundations, walls, and other structures, ensuring the durability, safety, and longevity of every project we complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply waterproofing materials such as sealants, fluid and sheet membranes, and coatings
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, priming, or repairing before application
• Use tools including sprayers, rollers, and brushes
• Perform substrate surface preparation for various waterproofing systems
• Identify and seal cracks, joints, and vulnerable areas
• Install detailed and finished sealant work
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and safety guidelines
• Work with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain tools and materials in good working order
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures on job sites
• Pick up and deliver materials as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of waterproofing experience (commercial construction preferred)
• Familiarity with various waterproofing systems (hot/cold applied, fluid-applied, etc.)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights
• Physical ability to lift 100+ lbs and perform manual labor
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently
• Availability to work nights and weekends
