Job Description We are a stealth mode Healthcare AI startup, and currently looking for a first hire in Strategic Finance & Operation.

The founding team brings deep expertise across medicine, product, operations, and engineering. Collectively, we have built multiple 0-to-1 products and scaled companies from inception to over $1B in valuation, $60M+ ARR, and 100M+ MAU.
We help physicians achieve independence by making it easier to start, operate, and grow their practices. We believe the future of healthcare will not be driven by large, bureaucratic systems, but by empowered individual physicians. By lowering barriers to practice ownership, we enable doctors to deliver better care for everyone.
We are builders, physicians, and operators with decades of combined experience in healthcare and technology—including more than 30 years of hands-on experience running successful independent practices across urgent care centers, surgical centers, and beyond.
Our team has also started and helped shape products used by billions at companies such as Meta, Dropbox, Instagram, Coda, and Nomad.
Traction - We have strong product-market fit ($4MM ARR in under 14 months), and currently have enough demand in our pipeline to achieve the 2026 goal of $18MM ARR.

- Stand up and own the company’s core finance function: forecasting, cash management, dashboards, scenario planning, and capital strategy.
- Build financial infrastructure to support rapid growth across billing, A/R, A/P, and scaling systems.
- Partner directly with CEO and other functional leads on capital allocation, and long-term planning.
- Lead fundraising support: modeling, diligence, investor materials, and market analyses.
- Create clarity for the leadership team with data: business KPIs, unit economics, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with GTM, product, and operations to embed financial discipline and unlock growth.
- Shape company strategy as a core member of the early team.
What You’ve Done - Owned or built out finance at a startup, portfolio company, or fund (forecasting, cash planning, ops dashboards, financial systems).
- Rolled up your sleeves beyond the numbers - partnered directly with GTM, product, or ops teams to help the business run, not just report on it.
- Comfortable running both strategic finance and the day-to-day accounting/ops stack (or managing outsourced providers).
- Experience preparing board materials, managing investor relationships, and supporting fundraising.
- Strong modeling skills, your work has informed real decisions, not just spreadsheets.
- Bonus if you’ve spent 1–2 years in tech, a startup, or worked on something entrepreneurial—we value people who can operate, not just analyze.
- Extra credit if you’ve touched corp dev, or integration work, but not required.
