Job Title: Remote Support Center Agent
Hourly Pay: $18 - $22/hour
Summary:
We are hiring a Support Center Agent to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will provide front-line assistance to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering effective solutions. Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with products or services
Accurately log interactions and resolutions in the support system
Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Stay informed about product updates, FAQs, and support procedures
Qualifications:
