**_Tumbler:_** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Tumbler-General Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in loading and offloading decorative bricks and pavers from conveyor lines. You will be responsible for stacking these materials onto pallets and ensuring the work area remains clean by picking up garbage and scrap during and after each shift. This position requires physical endurance due to the demanding and repetitive manual labor involved. **Responsibilities** + Load and offload decorative bricks and pavers from conveyor lines. + Stack bricks and pavers onto pallets. + Maintain cleanliness of the work area by picking up garbage and scrap during and after each shift. + Handle bricks and pavers that vary in size and shape, weighing up to 50 lbs. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor and heavy lifting. + Ability to perform palletizing and loading tasks. + Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly. + Capability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. from ground level. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team. + Adaptability to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a team that values hard work, positivity, and collaboration. You will be exposed to weather conditions and required to wear steel-toed footwear. The work involves physical demanding repetitive manual labor with shifts from 4:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as necessary based on production demands. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stockton, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
