WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
As an Associate Creative Director, you’ll bring bold ideas to the table and lead teams in developing powerful, cross-channel creative work for brands like American Express, Bank of America, and ADP. You’ll take creative ownership from concept through execution, helping teams push the work to its highest potential. Your day-to-day will include:
Concepting and refining creative ideas—then guiding cross-disciplinary teams to bring them to life across every touchpoint.
Inspiring teams to find the unexpected—elevating the simplicity and beauty within complex products and services.
Managing client relationships with confidence and clarity, understanding their needs, and presenting ideas with conviction.
Serving as the creative through-line, ensuring ideas are brought to life both visually and verbally across every channel.
Helping grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for deeper engagement or new assignments.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM
6+ years of experience developing integrated creative work (including video), ideally in an agency setting with clients in complex industries.
A strong foundation in copywriting, with an understanding of how to collaborate with and direct design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills—with a knack for selling through ideas.
A collaborative, generous spirit—and a desire to mentor and uplift those around you.
A curious, can-do mindset when it comes to diving into complex subject matter.
A strong portfolio demonstrating standout creative thinking across channels; experience in video and integrated campaigns is a plus.

Annual compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 DOE
