You’re a reliable and hardworking team player who understands the importance of a clean kitchen. You take pride in keeping things organized, sanitized, and ready to support a high-quality dining experience. You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and always willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

A Day in the Life:

• Operate the dishwashing machine and hand-wash items like pots, pans, and large kitchen tools

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchen work areas and equipment

• Follow correct chemical handling and temperature guidelines to ensure food safety

• Dispose of kitchen waste and trash throughout the shift

• Clean and organize dish storage areas, shelving, and kitchen floors

• Assist with deep cleaning tasks at the end of each shift

• Support team members and communicate kitchen needs or concerns to leadership

• Ensure your work area is safe, well-stocked, and operating efficiently

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to follow directions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced kitchen

• Must pass a physical exam and meet vaccination and TB screening requirements

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
