A Day in the Life:
Operate the dishwashing machine and hand-wash items like pots, pans, and large kitchen tools
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all kitchen work areas and equipment
Follow correct chemical handling and temperature guidelines to ensure food safety
Dispose of kitchen waste and trash throughout the shift
Clean and organize dish storage areas, shelving, and kitchen floors
Assist with deep cleaning tasks at the end of each shift
Support team members and communicate kitchen needs or concerns to leadership
Ensure your work area is safe, well-stocked, and operating efficiently
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to follow directions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced kitchen
Must pass a physical exam and meet vaccination and TB screening requirements
Reliable, motivated, and able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
