**Night Shift Janitor - Manufacturing Facility**
**Location:** Lawrence, KS
**Pay:** $19/hr
**Job Overview:**
Looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals to join our team as **Night Shift Janitors** . You'll play a critical role in keeping our manufacturing facility clean, safe, and ready for the next day's operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and making a visible impact on a workplace.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Clean and sanitize production areas, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and other common spaces.
+ Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a tidy and hazard-free environment.
+ Empty trash and recycling according to company policies.
+ Maintain cleaning tools and equipment; report any maintenance or safety issues.
+ Assist with setup or breakdown of workspaces as needed.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
+ Support special cleaning projects or tasks as assigned.
+ **What We're Looking For:**
+ Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
+ Able to work independently during night hours.
+ Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
+ Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing cleaning tasks.
+ Strong attention to safety and cleanliness standards.
