Position : Marketing & Influencer Manager (DTC Wellness:Amazon Focus) 

Working Schedule : 9a-5p EST

Salary Range : $2500-$3500 / monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

 

 

Role Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly organized, self-directed, and performance-driven Marketing & Influencer Manager to oversee the end-to-end marketing execution for the launch of an ingredient supplement brand. This person will lead influencer recruitment, manage TikTok/Instagram UGC content production, optimize Amazon ad performance, and coordinate all digital marketing campaigns.

 

The ideal candidate has proven experience in DTC wellness products , is fluent in Amazon marketing , and is comfortable sourcing, negotiating with, and managing micro-influencers .

 

Core Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Discovery & Management

  • Identify, vet, and recruit 5–10 monthly micro-influencers using tools like Modash, Collabstr , TikTok/Instagram hashtags, and manual outreach
  • Build and maintain influencer relationships and negotiate rates/deliverables
  • Track performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CAC, engagement, sales impact)

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Coordination

  • Source and manage UGC creators via Billo.app or direct outreach
  • Brief creators on video scripts for testimonial-style, wellness-themed content
  • Review, organize, and optimize content for paid ads and organic use

3. Amazon Advertising (PPC & DSP)

  • Launch and manage Amazon Sponsored Product, Brand, and Display ads
  • Analyze ad performance and make data-driven optimizations (ACoS, TACoS)
  • Coordinate with design team or tools to create engaging product visuals and A+ content

4. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Management

  • Set up warm audience targeting and retargeting campaigns
  • Analyze funnel metrics and adjust creatives/offers accordingly

5. Email & SMS Campaigns

  • Create and schedule flows via Klaviyo and Postscript
  • Coordinate monthly newsletter campaigns, abandoned cart sequences, and promo blasts

6. Reporting & Budget Tracking

  • Maintain monthly performance dashboards and campaign reports
  • Ensure alignment with monthly and annual budget goals
  • Recommend spend adjustments based on performance

7. Tool & Platform Oversight

  • Use Canva, Airtable, Google Sheets, Trello/Asana for content and campaign tracking
  • Evaluate new tools and influencer platforms for better cost/efficiency
 

Requirements:

 
  • 3–5+ years in DTC marketing, ideally in wellness, supplements
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon marketing platforms (Sponsored Ads, DSP optional)
  • Proven track record sourcing and managing micro-influencers and UGC creators
  • Comfort with performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms (Amazon, TikTok, Meta, email)

Skills:

  • Fluent in using Modash, Collabstr, TikTok/IG DMs, Billo, Klaviyo, Canva, and Amazon Ads console
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset — understands KPIs like ACoS, ROAS, CPC, CPM, CAC
  • Creative eye for content direction and brand storytelling
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
