Job Description



The Product Management Intern will work under the Director of Product and join our Insurance Marketplace product team. You'll gain hands-on experience in product management focused on driving insurance adoption among Experian's member base. You'll help shape strategies that activate high-intent segments and improve conversion across the insurance journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, UX, growth, and data team members to identify improvements to the Insurance Hub experience.
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to uncover opportunities for increasing conversion.
  • Support lifecycle marketing projects by developing and testing messaging strategies to engage Experian members.
  • Create and validate hypotheses to identify high-conversion segments within the Experian member base.
  • Help write product requirements and user stories for funnel and communication enhancements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's program in CS, Business or related field.
  • Return to school in Fall 2026 to complete degree
  • Interest in technology, user experience, and solving real-world problems.
  • Familiarity with product development processes or agile methodologies.
