Under general direction of the Program and Project Supervisor (PPS) of the Utility Enforcement Branch (UEB), the Public Utilities Regulatory Analyst V (PURA V) performs research, analysis, and investigation of the most complex economic, financial and policy issues pertaining to stationary utilities (communications and energy companies) with respect to consumer protection enforcement issues.

1. Experience conducting analysis or research pertaining to regulatory business/financial and/or public policy matters.
2. Experience using quantitative skills and/or analytic tools to conduct economic, financial and/or policy analyses and develop conclusions and recommendations.
3. Experience in preparing written documents such as reports, testimonies, resolutions, analysis, white papers, etc.
